• Sourcing suppliers: Using personalised suggestions or the search function, find suppliers that match your needs and request quotes directly through the platform.

  • Need a helping hand? Get in touch with our experts via chat, and they'll offer additional suggestions tailored to your project.

• Obtaining, negotiating and confirming quotes: Communicate directly with suppliers to get and compare quotes.

  • You can also ask an expert for help negotiating or confirming your choices.

Reserved for clients with a specific contract with Kactus, this option lets you submit a simplified brief and fully delegate the organisation of your event to your dedicated event expert.

• Sharing your requirements: Discuss your project directly with your event expert by phone or email.

• Sourcing suppliers: Your expert takes care of everything, from selecting the most relevant suppliers to obtaining quotes and analysing their offers.

• Negotiating and confirming quotes:

  • The expert brings all proposals together, negotiates with suppliers to secure the best terms, and presents you with a clear summary.

  • Your only task is to approve the proposals recommended by the expert.
