When you register with Kactus, you agree to:
Not overcharge Kactus clients by adding the commission to your published rates. The Kactus commission is a fee charged for bringing in business. The prices you quote to the client must match your published rates.
Not to provide clients with quotes for amounts lower than those you have submitted on Kactus, through other intermediaries, or directly.
You must pay the commission you agreed to if the customer's reservation is confirmed, whether the customer signs on the platform or directly on your contract.
