Introductory prices on Kactus
When a customer searches on Kactus, we display a price estimate based on their enquiry (type of event, number of attendees, etc.).
This ‘from’ estimate is shown for each venue and gives the customer an initial idea of the budget required to organise their event.
🤔 But how are these estimates calculated?
We simply use the information provided on your listing, under the ‘Starting price and visibility’ tab:
For each of the services you wish to highlight, you can specify a price per person (excluding VAT) and a minimum number of participants!
This is, of course, just an estimate to give customers a rough idea of the cost, but you will then need to send the customer a more detailed quote if they are interested in your establishment.
💡 GOOD TO KNOW
To ensure your listing appears in as many search results as possible, make sure you enable all the services and do not set the price per person too high. Setting a minimum number of participants can help you filter the enquiries you receive.
The indicative prices are not binding. Once you have received a request for a quote from a customer, you will need to send them a more precise and detailed quote for them to sign.
